Founded in 2021 by the team responsible for some of the most highly acclaimed events in data centres and digital infrastructure, Platform Markets Group has quickly gained a reputation as a premium content led knowledge partner for companies across the digital infrastructure and data centre spectrum. Led by Philip Low, Gregory Gerot and Nicola Hayes, with a combined experience of over 30 years in the sector, and supported by a hand selected team of dedicated professionals across content, sales, design and IT, our dedication to offering quality experiences across our portfolio is recognised by the senior leaders in the sector.

About the Team
Prior to co-founding Platform Markets Group, Philip was group managing director at BroadGroup, an events, consulting and media company subsequently sold to a FTSE250 firm.
Prior to this time Philip was deputy managing director of The Phillips Group where he contributed to the growth of the company over a five year period and exited upon its sale to a New York based investment bank.
He has personally provided strategic advice to, and conducted projects for, international operators in Europe and Asia, and regulatory bodies including the DTI, ITU, European Commission and the World Bank and more recently the Dubai government.
Philip has authored two published works, Exchange: the role of online exchanges in wholesale telecommunications (October, 1999) and Pricing and Marketing Wireless Hotspots, (January 2003). He has extensive experience of Asia, including six years based in the region.

Gregory originally comes from France (Britanny) where he started gathering his experience in the Luxurious Hotel Management industry. After moving to London in 1996 , he worked for the principal Luxurious hotels - Michelins starts restaurants and, followed by 12 years at BroadGroup , BroadGroup, the brand which launched the Datacloud events, where he worked as Managing director . In 2022 , Gregory co-owner of Platform Markets Limited launched the Platform conferences series for high end networking opportunities for market players In 2024 Gregory won the award for contribution to digital infrastructure industry

A member of the Bar of England & Wales (non-practising) Nicola has been involved in the digital infrastructure since 1997. Originally working on network rollout advisory following deregulation in her role as Managing Partner at The Philips Group, Nicola became interested in the buildings facilitating interconnect which led to her researching and writing the world’s first report on the colocation industry, then in its infancy.
One of the original founders of Broadgroup, the company responsible for the creation of the DataCloud series of events, Nicola continued to work on strategic due diligence and advisory globally across the data centre sector for the next decade.
Following completion of an MSc in International Marketing, Nicola was responsible for developing and launching DCD Intelligence globally and spent some time on the techUk data centre council as well as taking on the role of MD of the EUDCA.
Nicola then entered the world of academia. Firstly as Course Director for the Marketing degree programmes at London South Bank University and then as Associate Dean of the LSBU Business School where she was responsible for academic engagement, regulation and revalidation of the school’s degree programmes. This was followed by a role at Winchester University where Nicola was responsible for overseeing the business school degree apprentice programmes.
Nicola joined Platform Markets Group as Non Executive Director at its foundation and in 2025 took on the role of CMO. A regular speaker at industry events, as well as an advocate for the industry as a whole, Nicola has recently been appointed to the Board of TechUK.

Francine has a background in administration and management with leading practices including Deloittes and Berwin Leighton Paisner and at BroadGroup where she managed speaker liaison, venue selection and the execution of events worldwide.
In her current role she manages customer and partner relationships across all events.

Kyriakos joins the Platform Markets team bringing over five years of excellence across Sales and Event Management. An alumnus of The London School of Economics with an MSc in Public Policy, he marries rigorous academic insight with a versatile professional background.
With an unwavering commitment to client experience, he has curated a diverse array of bespoke events, ranging from intimate high-level briefings to large-scale summits, for a prestigious clientele spanning Big Tech, private banking, and multinational corporate. Currently, he oversees Platform’s Sponsorship portfolio, where he leverages his expertise to facilitate meaningful strategic connections for industry profession.

Ivo joins the Platform Markets team with over 10 years' experience in conference and content development. With an emphasis on market-led research and community building he has developed bespoke conference to deliver critical insights for industry leaders across diverse sectors including, data centres, construction, renewable energy, engineering and aviation.

Julien is a hospitality and food & beverage professional with more than 15 years of experience, now specializing in event coordination. With a strong educational background in hospitality management and significant experience as Food & Beverage Manager at the Palais des Congrès of Antibes Juan-les-Pins, he successfully created and structured an entire food and beverage service department from the ground up. Known for his rigor, attention to detail, ability to manage stress, and excellent interpersonal skills, Julien is committed to delivering flawlessly executed experiences focused on service excellence.
Julien will work alongside Gregory Gerot, Managing Director of Platform Markets Group in our new Antibes bureau.
