Attended by executives from CEE/SEE including leading investors, operators, government agencies, energy firms and leaders in the digital infrastructure and data centre sector, 2027 will be the third edition of the Platform CEE event.
Previous events have taken place in Athens and Vienna and this year we move to Prague a new gateway city for investment into Central & Eastern Europe markets.
Market forecasts suggest regional investment will be valued at in excess of $10.7bn by the end of 2027 with further capacity expansion driven by AI, edge computing and data sovereignty. The region is set to witness substantial expansion in infrastructure and digital services.
This means significant opportunities exist across the region for both operators and investors. From a strategic perspective, CEE markets are becoming increasingly important as part of Europe’s broader diversification away from saturated Western European city hubs, making them a key frontier targeting fast growth with available land and lower power constraints.
